Seputar Nusantara.<\/strong> Biaya Nikah sesuai <strong>Peraturan  Pemerintah <\/strong>No. <strong>51 tahun 2000<\/strong> Tentang Biaya Pencatatan Nikah dan  Rujuk adalah <strong>Rp 30.000<\/strong>,- ( Tiga Puluh Ribu Rupiah ). Diluar Biaya Nikah sebesar Rp 30 ribu,\u00a0 tidak dibenarkan jika Penghulu atau PPN ( Pegawai Pencatat Nikah ) memungut pungutan liar diluar ketentuan diatas. Jika ada Penghulu dan atau PPN memungut biaya Nikah diatas Rp 30 Ribu, berarti hal tersebut sudah termasuk katagori Pungli ( Pungutan Liar ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/seputarnusantara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/biaya-nikah.gif3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4043\" title=\"biaya-nikah.gif\" src=\"http:\/\/seputarnusantara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/biaya-nikah.gif3-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"biaya-nikah.gif\" width=\"350\" height=\"275\" \/><\/a>Namun yang terjadi di lapangan, biaya Nikah di KUA mencapai angka sebesar Rp 500.000,- hingga 1 Juta Rupiah! Penelusuran seputarnusantara.com, di KUA Kecamatan Kramat Jati dan KUA Kecamatan Cipayung, kedua KUA tersebut memungut biaya Nikah pada pasangan pengantin antara Rp 500.000,- hingga 1 Juta Rupiah. Beberapa pasangan calon pengantin di Kecamatan Kramat Jati dan Cipayung- Jakarta Timur, yang tidak mau disebut identitasnya mengatakan<strong>, biaya Nikah mencapai angka 500 ribu hingga 1 Juta Rupiah.
