Angkasa Pura I sebagai operator bandara pertama di Asia-Pasifik yang mayoritas bandaranya mendapatkan pengakuan atas komitmen peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan dari lembaga kebandarudaraan prestisius dunia yang berbasis di Montreal, Kanada ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Adapun kesepuluh bandara Angkasa Pura I yang berhasil memperoleh akreditasi yaitu :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">1. Akreditasi ini semakin mengukuhkan kinerja pelayanan seluruh bandara Angkasa Pura I setara dengan bandara-bandara kelas dunia lainnya,&#8221; kata Faik Fahmi Direktur Utama PT.Angkasa Pura I, Rabu 8 Agustus 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Dalam program strategisnya, Angkasa Pura I merencanakan peningkatan kapasitas total di seluruh bandara yang dikelolanya hingga dua kali lipat dalam lima tahun ke depan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Angkasa Pura I menekankan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan merupakan suatu prioritas yang terus ditingkatkan demi mencapai target menjadi salah satu yang terbaik di tingkat global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Akreditasi ini dilakukan berdasarkan praktik bandara dalam memberikan pengalaman pelanggan terbaik yang terdiri atas customer understanding, strategy measurement, operational improvement, governance, airport culture, service design\/innovation, dan airport community collaboration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">&#8220;Dengan akreditasi dari ACI ini artinya pengelola bandara telah menunjukkan komitmen secara terus-menerus untuk mengulas dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan mereka yang terus berubah, unggul, dan belajar bagaimana mereka dapat terus meningkat,&#8221; kata Angela Gittens ACI World Director.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\">Perwakilan 10 bandara Angkasa Pura I ini akan diundang untuk menerima sertifikat akreditasi dalam ajang ACI Customer Experience Global Summit yang akan diadakan di Bali, 2-5 September 2019 mendatang bersama bandara-bandara internasional dunia yang turut mendapatkan akreditasi ini seperti Bandara John F.
